Request access

HelioFleet is approval-only. To get a tenant for your team, request access.

How to request#

Use the form on the landing page under Request access. You'll need:

• Your name
• A work email
• Your company / organization
• An optional short message about how you plan to use the platform

What happens next#

1. Your request will be evaluated and approved or rejected.
2. If your request is approved a tenant will be created for you using the provided company/organization name.
3. You will receive an email invitation on the provided email address to finalize registration - this will be your first admin user for the tenant.
4. From the console, you can invite the rest of your team and subscribe for the devices you need. We prepare and assign them, typically within several hours.

Note: There is nothing to install. You don't supply hardware - see How leasing works.

What we ask of you#

This is an early-access program. We'll occasionally ask for feedback on what's working, what isn't, and what's missing. The faster we hear from you, the faster the platform improves.
