Quickstart

This is the spine of the docs - the end-to-end path from "I just got my tenant credentials" to "I'm controlling an iPhone in my browser." Each step links into deeper pages for full reference material.

Before you start#

You'll need:

  • An approved tenant (see Request access).
  • A browser. That's genuinely it - no hardware, no software to install, no VPN.

1. Sign in to the console#

Sign in to the console with the email you used to request access. You'll land on Devices - empty for now.

2. Subscribe for the devices you need#

Open the Admin tab → Subscription, enter how many devices you want, and complete Stripe checkout. Full walkthrough in Subscription & devices.

Your subscription quantity is your device entitlement: subscribe for 5, and 5 devices get leased to you.

3. Wait for your devices to be assigned#

We prepare real iPhones from our pool and assign them to your tenant - typically within several hours of the subscription (or upgrade) going through.

The Leased devices: X / Y card on Admin → Devices tracks progress: Y is what you're paying for, X is what's been assigned so far. Devices arrive ready to use - there's nothing to enable or provision on your side. See How leasing works.

4. Organize and share them#

Two things worth doing before you hand the fleet to your team:

  • Create workspaces for the teams that should be kept apart - Managing workspaces.
  • Assign each device to at least one workspace - Managing devices. A device in no workspace is visible to tenant admins only.

Then invite your teammates and put them in the right workspaces.

5. Start a session#

Open the Devices page and click Control → on any Available device. The console opens the device control view with the live video feed. Tap, swipe, type - every interaction is forwarded to the real device. See Device control for the full set of gestures and shortcuts.
