Admin panel overview

The Admin panel is where tenant admins run the tenant - invite people, group them into workspaces, organize your leased devices, watch usage, and handle billing. Tenant users never see this panel.

You'll find it at Admin in the top navigation once you've signed in with an admin account.

What's in each tab#

The left rail has five tabs:

• Users - invite teammates by email, view pending invitations, assign workspaces to accepted users, delete accounts. Covered in Inviting users and Roles & permissions.
• Workspaces - create and delete access groups inside your tenant. Workspaces scope which devices each non-admin user can see. Detail in Managing workspaces; the concept is in Workspaces explained.
• Devices - every device leased to your tenant, plus the workspace chips that control who can see each one. Full reference in Managing devices.
• Analytics - tenant-wide session usage. Headline numbers at the top, then tables for people, devices, workspaces and the raw session log. Pick the last 24 hours, 7 or 30 days, or an exact date range. Everyone on your team and every device you lease appears whether or not they were used. History is kept for 90 days.
• Subscription - start, upgrade, or cancel your Stripe subscription and reach your invoices. Your subscription quantity is what feeds the Leased devices: X / Y counter on the Devices tab.

What isn't here#

Device hardware is ours to run, so there's nothing here for registering machines, managing API keys, or enabling and disabling devices. See How leasing works for the split between what you control and what we do.
